Project Control Specialist II

Responsibilities:-

• Preparation/updation of Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Preparation/updation of progress 'S' curves for reporting progress to Client/Management
• Prepare and update deliverable schedules , critical activity report etc.
• Monitor and Control to meet the 'Project Management ' requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans etc.
• Experience with Cost Monitoring is a must
• Looking for both planning/Scheduling  and cost competencies and a good knowledge of Excel.

Qualification And Experiences:-

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience Level : 15+ yrs
• Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of small /medium size projects in Process Industry in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery /Petrochemicals / Fertilizers / Chemical Plant from 'Concept to Commissioning Stage'.
• Hands on experience in Primavera  P6.  Working knowledge of MS Project would be an added advantage. Expertise in MS Office
• Good Working knowledge of Design, Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and construction / field services work flow processes
• Should have the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment with minimum guidance
• Familiar with change management
• The persons working in consultancy organisation are preferred

Other Functions:-

• Exposure to construction planning work is desirable.
• Knowledge of Risk Analysis and Professional Services Costing
• Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Resource Loading in Primavera
• Preparation of FEED schedules
