  • Responsible for ensuring all PMO and Risk Management services within assigned Hub(s) are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards and is reflected in all Control Centre.
  • Acts as the PMO and project controls subject matter expert within assigned Hub/territory.
  • Leads and directs the delivery of all technical PMO and project controls services within assigned Hub/s including all aspects of digital services.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
  • Experience of Leading a project/program of a similar nature.
  • Leads Program Performance/Progress Monitoring.
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
