Production Head

• Lead the precast production team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to optimize precast concrete elements for various construction projects.
• Manage and optimize the use of resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to enhance production efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in precast production processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and resources.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding production activities, challenges, and achievements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for enhancing precast production capabilities.
• Leading and mentoring a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualification and Experience:-

• Fulltime Diploma in B.E in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field
• 15-20 Years of experience in Production in precast industry.

• Mumbai, Maharashtra.
