Job Description

  • Foster synchronized deliveries with other teams, prioritizing harmony and avoiding disruptions.
  • Lead the way in planning exercises every ten weeks, organizing team demos post-sprint, and orchestrating broader system demos at regular intervals.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, making sure they are well informed about deliverables and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with teams to define and consistently improve product quality standards by setting a clear “Definition of Done.”
  • Proactively address challenges and clear the path for our engineers to guarantee a smooth and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with agile teams to define features, acceptance criteria and prioritization of features.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and implement strategy to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of prioritization

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Minimum five years of leadership experience as project manager, line manager or product manager with delivery focus
  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in electrical & Electronics or similar
  • Familiar with agile frameworks, methods and tools
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexible with time zones.
