Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving Eaton ES India’s marketing initiatives for LV IEC 61439 certified Panels, MV Panels & CSS Business along with Partner Development. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth for Solution Business for above products.

Product Portfolio Management:-

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term product strategies for profitable sales growth in India. Lead product road mapping, technical specifications, and phased launches. Drive new product development, market research, and competitor analysis to align with future market needs. Create design guides and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution.

Marketing & Market Development:-

  • Design marketing collateral, manage product launches, and lead digital presence initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders for customer plant visits and approvals. Track opportunity funnels and conversions to identify growth areas.

Channel/Partner Program:-

  • Manage the complete partner lifecycle, from onboarding to growth and de-boarding. Train partners, approve custom designs, propose incentives, and expand reach geographically and segment-wise.

Technical Training & Support:-

  • Provide product application knowledge, create customer-specific presentations, and answer technical queries. Support sales efforts, analyze competition, and develop training programs to achieve market penetration goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Electrical Engineering
  • 15+ year experience in Design and / or Quality and / or Marketing

Skills:-

  • In-depth expertise in LV Assemblies (IEC 61439-1 & 2) and MV Assemblies (IEC 62271-1, -100, -200). Strong understanding of industrial, contractor, data center, and OEM segments, coupled with knowledge of market dynamics and selling engineered assemblies. Proficient in technical applications of LV Assemblies and capable of developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve product line goals.
  • Skilled in customer interface, generating technical and customer presentations, and delivering product application knowledge. Excellent analytical abilities to gather, analyze, and leverage market data for identifying trends and growth opportunities. Innovative and self-reliant, capable of meeting product line objectives independently.
  • National role demands 50% travel. Additional knowledge of CSS and experience in Partner/Channel Programs for LV Assemblies is advantageous. Adept at managing market penetration strategies, fostering partner programs, and driving customer-specific initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
