Product Manager- Energy Storage Products

The Product Manager– Energy Storage, will play a critical role in driving future company growth by managing our energy storage business unit products and solutions. This role will define market requirements, create and maintain roadmaps to develop scalable offerings and solutions for multiple markets. The Product Manager act as a cross-functional nexus to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product, and a world class customer experience. The Product Manager is responsible to work closely with the regional Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to drive product development, business performance, meeting customer needs, analyzing the competitive landscape, and identifying and developing market opportunities. This role drives progress and resolves issues to realize established product launch and delivery goals. This Product Manager will own initiatives to develop and increase adoption of Enphase energy storage solutions around the world.

Responsibilities:-

• Research, identify, and collect market requirements, define and maintain market requirements document (MRD) for energy storage solutions, consumption monitoring and control
• Create and maintain product roadmaps and a detailed product release plan by working collaboratively with the product management, sales, engineering, and other key internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the product owner and manage full product life cycle; from ideation to lunch, marketing, sales, deployment, and complete customer experience
• Analyze, define, and prioritize product requirements
• Prioritize new features and requirements through transparent processes and communication with cross functional stakeholders
• Contribute to the product strategy, and drive alignment of engineering resources with the strategy
• Be the voice of customer inside the company, and the product champion outside the company
• Work closely with the engineering, quality, reliability, training, and customer support teams to ensure high-quality product and world class customer experience
• Support sales by participating in customer meetings and developing sales and marketing collaterals, documents, and presentations
• Drive pilot launch of new products and solutions by collaborating with multiple teams across the company
• Assist in developing go-to-market tactics and pricing strategies for various regions and markets
• Assist in creating quality projections through Enphase marketing and sales processes
• Develop economin and business models for energy storage within different key markets and share that knowledge with the commercial teams
• Act as the subject matter expert on the energy storage technologies, markets, and regulatory environments

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (ME/EE) or Business-related field required, MBA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related field
• Hands on software and hardware product development and management experience in previous roles
• Strong first-hand technical knowledge of energy storage technologies
• Proven capability to quickly understand and learn product and solution functionalities, and limitations, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft office
• Strong analytical skills to develop models, frameworks, and logic for energy storage markets and use cases
• Strong knowledge of the residential solar and storage ecosystem and markets
• Customer driven attitude with the desire to succeed and emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills,
• Strong project management skills with an ability to manage several parallel workflows, schedules, and deliverables
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help establish effective processes
