- Delivering profitable growth for the Product line. Exploring new segments and mining deep into existing accounts to increase market share.
- Creating and implementing customized sales plan across regions based on customer profile to create sustainability.
- Driving sales approach to Meet or exceed sales targets for the product lines and Implement improvement plans.
- Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts.
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales.
Qualifications And Experience:-
- Engineering Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation.
- Min 10 – 15 years of experience in selling of Instrumentation products. Specially in Pressure and Temperature Products.
- Ability to understanding product range and Technology.
- Understanding of P&L requirements and balance sheet.
