Process Analyst

In this role, you will have the opportunity to Prepares financial modelling for various hypotheses and assesses impact to factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.

Responsibilities:-

• Work in an Agile environment to record and analyze Business Requirements; convert Business Requirements to System Requirements and User Stories ensuring requirements are actionable, measurable, testable, traceable and satisfy the needs of both Business and IT stakeholders. Not only provide conventional solutions, but he/she will also suggest innovative methods for efficient automation.
• Experience in RPA process design and automation best practice and have successfully completed more than 3-5 projects in the past as a BA/PA.
• Expertise in creation and documentation of test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT. Strong functional background and drive process diagnostic to identify process improvement opportunity using RPA.

Qualifications and Experience:-

• You are immersed in highly skilled and you will enjoy in creating Process Design Document (PDD) for RPA developments, Exception management, facilitate PDD sign-off. Ensure the current business process is fully understood and documented via the Process Definition Document.
• At least total 2-3 years of experience and 1 plus years of experience in Process Analyst role.
• Detail understanding of at least one business domains (e.g. Fin, HR, P&L etc.).
• Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration, Professional certification/ Master’s preferred
• Fluent in English language and good interpersonal and communication skills
