Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Define detailed project plan and critical path for various levels of plans (monthly, weekly, & daily).
  • Continuously monitor and report to Project Manager project development in terms of time and cost, in particular on deviations (actual, expected), including lead time for critical procurement items.
  • Monitor and communicate key financials and cash flows of project to leadership
  • Co-ordinate with concerned departments and show implications of delays in sub-functions to overall project schedule and budget (e.g., supply scheduling delay impact on billed values)
  • Continuously monitor potential risks in predefined risk register and define risk mitigation approach
  • Develop and implement systems (including technical/IT), controls and processes to monitor key metrics
  • Develop basis for schedule development and schedule controls and maintain overall program schedule
  • Develop basis for budgeting and maintain overall budget
  • Maintain control of all drawings and documentations for project including oversight of the management of reports

Critical Success Factors – Desirable:-

  • Have sound knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MSP).
  • BE (Core branch)

Critical Success Factors – Essential:-

  • 6 ~ 8 years of experience
  • (Exp. in project management / controls)
  • Worked on Pump Storage
