PMO Analyst, GBDP

Lead the creation, implementation and management of the GBDP Toolbox and work closely with each country to ensure the required data is captured. Create, roll out and manage reports that provide analysis and insights to the GBDP leadership team of each GBDP countries’ progress against their GBDP country plan. Collaborate with, and influence, each country leadership team to ensure timely completion of the reports. Responsible for ensuring all countries stay on track to deliver their project plans and provide insights and risks to the GBDP Officer and leadership team.

Role accountabilities:-

• Design the toolbox in close collaboration with the GBDP and country leadership teams, roll-out and maintain the tools & trackers to capture data relating (but not limited) to bidding, entity, licences, headcount, NR, utilization.
• Publish within country regular set metrics, reporting consistently & providing valuable insight to support a standardized approach in workstreams implementation (localization to country specification as required)
• Link information from various data sources such as, Oracle EBS/Cloud, MS BI, MS Excel
• Supporting GBDP Leadership to promote best practice and continual improvement and promotion of systems

Qualifications & Experience:-

• Confident communicator – dealing with people at all levels, in particular, at senior levels
• Extensive years of relevant digital services and/or digital solution delivery experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Has excellent analytical skills. Successfully handles complex issues, is consistent and decisive (anticipates problems that might affect the success of key processes)
• Experience in MS Power BI modelling (preferred): DAX, Power Query, paginated reports, dataflows, report publishing, and security and MS Excel
• Experience in Oracle and Microsoft Power BI
• Exposure in shared services or multinational environment is an advantage
• Time management and ability to multi-task in working with minimal supervision; detail-oriented and results driven;
