- Prepare the baseline schedule for the project by taking inputs from the client in MS project
- Update the monthly progress and track the slippages
- Flag the slippages to all stake holders
- Alert the slippages to internal stake holders for catching up on scheduled delivery.
- Prepare Catch up plans on slippages
- Prepare progress measurement model
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Qualification And Experience:-
- Mechanical Engineering degree with planning & Industrial exposure.
- Substantial experience working on planning of Industrial Projects
- Should have working experience on MS Projects or Primivera
