Operations Support Consultant

As part of our dedicated team, the Senior Operations Support Specialist will report directly to the Chief of Operations. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive business support—including both soft and hard services—to ensure seamless organizational functioning. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating business activities, managing high-profile international events, and driving operational excellence.

Role Purpose:-

• This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and operational expertise. The successful candidate will optimize workplace efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage operational costs effectively. Experience in advising on and coordinating international events and high-level delegations—including logistics, infrastructure planning, and on-the-ground execution—is essential

Qualifications & Competencies:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Hospitality, or Commerce.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with exposure to solar energy transition projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of administrative and workplace systems management best practices.
• Proven contract negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and reporting capabilities.
• Deep understanding of resource optimization principles.
• Experience navigating multi-agency government processes and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Language & IT Skills:-

• Excellent command of English—both written and spoken—is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are essential for preparing reports, managing stakeholder correspondence, and representing the organization externally.
