O&M Manager (Solar Pv)

Responsibilities:-

1. Remote Monitoring & Site Performance Management
   • Monitor the performance of all solar PV plants across India from the Hyderabad head office.
   • Use SCADA, remote monitoring systems, and analytics tools to track energy generation, inverter performance, and equipment health.
   • Identify performance deviations, faults, and inefficiencies, ensuring optimal plant

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for solar PV
   • Coordinate with site teams, service engineers, and contractors to ensure timely
   • Troubleshoot and resolve faults in inverters, transformers, switchgear, cables, and modules.
   • Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools to avoid

3. Site Coordination & Travel
   • Guide and support on-site O&M teams remotely and visit sites when required for critical issues.
   • Travel to solar plant locations across India for major inspections, audits, or repairs (only for a few days as needed).
   • Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols during maintenance activities.

4. Compliance & Reporting
   • Ensure all plants comply with CEA, DISCOM, and state regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain records of incident reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics.
   • Generate weekly/monthly reports on plant performance, downtime, and corrective

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
   • Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and service providers for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
   • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and DISCOM officials for compliance and approvals.

Experience:-

• 6+ years in Solar PV O&M, preferably in large-scale Solar EPC projects

Key Skills & Competencies:-

• Expertise in Solar PV O&M, inverter troubleshooting, and electrical system maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA, remote monitoring platforms, and data analytics.
• Knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgear, transformers, and protection devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site inspections and audits.
