MHS O&M Shift Incharge, Engineering Services

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To ensure availability of all resources / equipment’s by following necessary maintenance activities so as to ensure high productivity of Dry Cargo Operation.

Operational Responsibilities:-

• To Provide reliable & quality maintenance service for equipment involved in DC port operation, ensure readiness at all the time following major equipment’s and system:
• Mobile harbor cranes LPS 600.
• Conveyor system with VFD drives.
• Mobile hoppers.
• Truck loading hoppers.
• HT/LT substations.
• Control room ECS/SCADA system.
• Monitoring and analysis of SAP based PM and related activity like preventive, predictive, condition monitoring & Breakdown of MHS equipment.
• Adhered to safety standard & IMS guidelines for day to day O&M activity.
• MIS data and vessel operation monitoring and analysis.
• Co-ordination with inter-intra department for effective planning of operation and maintenance job.
• Material planning and cost effective maintenance practice.
• Planning & implementation of Various outsources jobs execution in time manner.
• Providing job knowledge and safety awareness through TBT, HIRAC to shift engineer and contractual manpower.
• Ensure for PPE & adequate reliable tools for manpower.

People Management:-

• To coordination with dry cargo operation team with customer centric, collaborative approach and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively as and when require for various updates about organization policies, rules and regulations to the respective stake holders.
• Train & develop shift engineer & contractual manpower.

Qualifications:-

• B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)
