Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Designs advanced electronic control systems for mechanical systems with limited to no supervision.
  • Creates embedded software design programs for advanced precision equipment focusing on dynamic and static behavior.
  • Conducts complex studies to determine the feasibility, costs, or performance benefits of new mechatronic equipment.
  • Publishes engineering reports documenting design details and qualification test results.
  • Generates system specifications. Technically lead or execute engineering projects from concept design to product release.
  • Provides consultation or training on topics such as mechatronics or automated control for complex motion systems.
  • Researches, selects and  applies:  sensors, communication technologies, control devices (for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing) to design Semiconductor Capital Equipment.

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field

Business Expertise:-

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

Leadership:-

  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Problem Solving:-

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Impact:-

  • Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies

Interpersonal Skills:-

  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view

Education:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:-

  • 12 – 15 Years
