Manager, Solar O&M

If you think you are a very well organised person at heart & enjoy Solar Project Operations then we are looking for you. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing O&M across multiple projects in multiple locations within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Idea candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Solar PV Power plants, trouble shooting experience & Team leading skills

Responsibilities:-

• Manage O&M teams & activities
• Monitor project O&M deliverables on day to day basis
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities across all sites.
• Establish processes to streamline O&M monitoring from Head office
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project performances
• Coach and support O&M team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of handling large scale projects, preferably MW scale Solar projects
• Experience in trouble shooting of Solar PV Power plants
• Deep practical knowledge on equipment’s like HT Panels, Transformers & Inverters
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
