Manager / Senior Manager - Route to Market

In your role as Manager/Sr. Manager, Route to Market, you will be reporting to the Head of Route to Market where the following tasks would be a part of your job profile:

• Determining market entry strategies and identifying and maturing potential route to market and revenue stream opportunities during the market screening and business development phase of solar and wind power projects.
• Execute power sale related activities, manage customer and stake holder relationships
• Coordinate with authorities for open access and other relevant approvals, settlement of energy, etc.
• Monitor the competitive landscape
• Coordinate with different functions for supporting revenue realization and optimization activities during the operational phase.
• Perform active portfolio management and advice on risk and revenue to asset owners for decision making in the best interest of the company.
• Ensure compliance with Statkraft policies and business framework

Qualification And Experience:-

• For Manager Position: 5+ years of hand on experience in power trading, business development of RE projects, PPA negotiations with C&I customers
• For Sr. Manager Position: 8+ years of hand on experience in power trading, business development of RE projects, PPA negotiations with C&I customers
• Have a well-developed business network
• Sound knowledge and experience of power trading in Indian market
• Ability to quickly grasp the commercial aspects of the transaction and identify workable solutions for risk mitigation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to gain understanding through listening, and to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to effectively represent Statkraft
• Good coordination skills and ability to collaborate with other functions with focus on company’s strategic goals.
• Demonstrated high levels of integrity, sound judgement and an honest and ethical approach.
• Person must be mobile with ability to undertake frequent travel.
