Job Description

  • Achieve sales target for the EV Charger Products. Target annual Sales revenue of INR 10 Cr for FY24 and growth beyond
  • Map & target new customers /projects/expansions for the assigned product group.
  • Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.
  • Actively promote EV Charger products in the OEMs / building / commercial segment and through Channels.
  • Get Approvals from End Users and convert OEM’s.
  • Carry out effective sales promotion activities.
  • Identify and appoint distributors able to support penetration efforts.
  • Train distributors on products and applications.
  • Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.
  • Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with Electrical or Electronics.
  • Experience of working with customers related to EV Charger Products and EV Charging segment
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years field sales experience is recommended.


  • Requires product application knowledge for EV Chargers, Charge point operators, Electrical contractors, EV Charger connectivity as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry.
  • Requires solid negotiation skills and market intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Automotive customers.
