Responsibilities:-

• Set goals and targets
• Make growth and education plans for the team and individuals
• Motivate and inspire your colleagues
• Smooth commercially driven operation regarding economy, resources, and technical aspects
• Keeping customers, employees and colleagues satisfied.
• Responsible for Results (commercial margin), Utilization and billable rate, Rework, and Customer Satisfaction.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine Engineering
• 10-15 years of Relevant experience.

Skills:-

• Must have working experience in Liquid or gas engine overhaulings
• O&M’s experience with captive powerplants will be an added advantage
• Have a commercial mindset
• Take responsibility
• Write and speak fluent English
• Willing to travel regularly
• Should be a good ambassador and role model for the company and colleagues
• Have natural leadership skills
• Used to work in a stressful work environment
