Manager – Project Management

• Provides technical and commercial support for NEXTracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value
• Supports all activities that drive Customer Satisfaction and order fulfilment
• Have strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns
• Support NEXTracker product procurement and logistics
• Possible on site work to evaluate/document construction progress and respond to Customer queries
• Ensures project documentation is complete and verified at all stages of project implementation, including but not limited to schedules, invoices, budgets, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders etc
• Manage weekly Customers calls, kick off meetings, hand-off meetings
• Plays key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessments and feedback
• Supports internal teams like product development, sales, and marketing as requested
• Internal customer voice. An advocate for the customer within NEXTracker
• Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated tools
• Responsible for processing RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, transmittals, Change Orders, Lien releases
  Required Skills/Experiences

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in supply chain, procurement and logistics
• Understanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues
• Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems will be an added

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and problem solving abilities
• Passion for solar is a plus
• Some travel would be required.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage
