Manager - Production

• To maintain chemical inventory of Dye House.
• To give maximum colour clearance every day in dye house.
• To reduce overhead ( man power / OT )
• To ensure Through Put Time of 2 days in dye house production.
• To achieve monthly budgeted targets of production.
• Energy Saving (Water /Steam /Electricity)
• Ensure Area Gain of 6% in Performance Leathers in crust.
• Implement daily management & 5S on shop floor (finishing yard) and achieve the planned mile stones.
• Ensure officers/ Staff participation in QIP/Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Ensure workers participation in QCs,5S , Kaizen.
• Completion & Maintenance of SAP Generated Reports.
