Manager - Procurement

• Should be able to draft EPC Contract to avoid any potential obligations during contract execution (change orders) and have prior experience of settling change order claims from the EPC Contractors/ OEMs.
• Floating enquiries, Evaluation of bids, shortlisting of vendors, meetings with vendors, Estimations, Pre-bid & Post bid meetings, finalization of General and Special Conditions of Contracts, Price Negotiations, finalization of suppliers / vendors and Contract award process.
• Co-ordination with technical and business teams for finalization of Terms, QAP & BOQ.
• Carrying out contract administration in pre-award & post-award contractual activities.
• Arranging payment & shipping documents for shipment clearance especially for imported equipment.
• Preparing production & dispatch schedule with Seller & 3rd Party Inspection Companies.
• Manage contract compliances and develop MIS to track the same from several vendors.

Qualification:-

• BE/B.Tech.

Experience:-

• Min 7 – 10 Years.
