- Monitoring for proper execution of Sub-Station Equipment viz. Erection, Testing & Commissioning
- Timely raising the red flags for improper execution and ensuring the rectification of the same through respective stakeholder
- Giving support to all the ongoing Sub-Station Project sites for successful commissioning activities
- Support all the Sub-Station O&M Personnel deputed different location for regular operations, on need basis.
- Ensuring proper planning & mobilization of Resources as per project requirements
- Implementation of innovative ideas for cost & time optimization
- Internal & external stakeholders management
- Leading the team
- Implementing best practices to achieve the Quality & Safety requirements as per SPTL standard.
- Travelling to different Project Sites.
- Timely MIS Reporting

Responsibilities:-
- Manager – O&M Sub-Station is centralized role for different ongoing Project sites and made responsible for implementing the best practices towards Erection, Testing & Commissioning activities at different Sub-Station Project Sites. He should understand Civil execution to monitor proper construction of different civil establishments.
- He is also responsible for all the stakeholder’s management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.
- He is accountable for raising red flags for improper site execution and ensuring the timely rectification of the same through respective stakeholders.
- He is accountable for resource mobilization planning and deployment of the same.
- He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.
- He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities
Qualification And Experience:-
- B.E. in Electrical and Min. 10 years’ Experience of On-Site execution of Substations Construction or Operations & Maintenance.
- Qualified from reputed Institutions in INDIA and 132KV and above GIS & AIS Substations experience.
