• O&M Planning, Outsourcing & Documentation of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with the other department for activities planned for equipment reliability improvement, efficiency enhancement etc.
• Histories build up on O&M activities for future references.
• To Plan, monitor & support O&M team for maximum availability & reliability of system.
• To adopt system-oriented approach for the business.
• Building organization competent and capable to achieve the business goals and ensuring growth for organization and team.
• Emergency & high priority jobs tracking & ensuring timely closer of order.
• Conducting daily planning meeting.                                                                                                       
• Planning & Scheduling of CM & PM jobs.
• Planning of unit short shut down jobs.                                                                                       
• AOH activities Planning, Scheduling & monitoring.                                       
• AOH plan incorporation in SAP.
• Preparing outage report for maintenance activities carried out includes surprises and learnings to be used as a preventive measure for other systems
• Preparation of O&M budget.
• O&M budget monitoring & deviation analysis.  
• Maintenance processes KPI calculation & action plan preparation to minimise deviations.
• Preparation of monthly/ special report/PPT for top management.
• SAP, Equipment’s uploading, PM plan uploading, SAP data management.
• Cross functional audit.
