Job Description

  • Be responsible for collecting and analysing data associated with machine Availability,OEE, reliability- MTBF & MTTR. Conduct RCA and implement actions to prevent the failures.
  • Develop solution to drive predictive maintenance
  • Plan & Execute Preventive maintenance
  • Work closely with cross functional team to improve Safety, Quality & Delivery performance
  • Spare parts management
  • Involve in Equipment design/Process change during new project and ongoing process improvements
  • Be responsible for leading the continuous improvement of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program to drive productivity through Machine Efficiency
  • Prepare Autonomous Maintenance and train Production & Maintenance team

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • Bachelor degree in Mechatronics / EEE
  • Minimum of 5 Years relevant work experience
  • Programming knowledge in Schneider PLC software – UnityPro,So Machine
  • Programming knowledge in Schneider HMI software – Vijeo Designer
  • Hands on experience in software development tools like Labview, TestStand,SQL,VB,Dot net and C Sharp
  • Significant knowledge of Business Software related to Manufacturing and Industrial Processes such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases and Excel
  • Knowledgeable regarding electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
  • Strong organizational skills including but not limited to the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments in parallel, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to strategically eliminate barriers
