- Knowledge of wiring and commissioning and troubleshooting of AC Drives of Siemens MM440, Schnider Electric Altivar71, ATV340, ATV320, ABB ACS560 and DC Drives of Control technique Mentor MP, Mentor II, Parker 590P+, Siemens 6RA70.
- Knowledge/Worked with Holding Furnace-Electric / FO fired, EOT Crane, Air Compressor, Hydraulic Pump.
- Exposure in dealing with Induction Heater - Inductotherm, Annealing Furnace, Melter
- Maintaining stock of spares of all electrical items for smooth running of machines.
- Ensure the safety working environment & good housekeeping and 5S in Workshop. Improvement Projects, Automation projects for Productivity, Quality and safety of Product, Man and machine
- To do Power Consumption analysis and Energy saving initiatives
- Understanding of Engineering drawings, Plant Layout
- Basic knowledge of SAP for PM module. Raising PR for material and service activities. Material issuance, Service entry of bills, PM plan and scheduling, BD Entry.
- Managing monthly cost of department Cost centre
- Basic knowledge of project management, preparing BOQ for debottlenecking projects
- Knowledge of QMS, EMS, OHSAS, ENMS and maintaining documents of same

A business partnership born out of friendship and mutual respect in the 1920s between Shapoorji Mistry Sr. and Mehervan Daruvala, the latter’s company Wilson Electric Works served as an electrical contractor for Shapoorji Pallonji Construction, working on some of India’s biggest commercial and residential projects.
As the relationship blossomed, Wilson Electric Works joined forces with Sterling Investments of the SP Group in the year 1973, to form the engineering behemoth that is Sterling and Wilson.
Starting from delivering large-scale projects in the middle-east in the 1970s, we quickly expanded our presence across Asia and subsequently across the globe, our projects spanning 8 different verticals.
