RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Develop and implement industrial engineering strategies to optimize production processes, improve workflow, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Conduct studies to analyze work methods, evaluate labor requirements, and establish standard operating procedures.
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and techniques to reduce waste, improve quality, and streamline operations.
- Develop and maintain production capacity models, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and identifying bottlenecks.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity gains, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and analytical Software.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
- Train and mentor industrial engineering team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- BE / B. Tech - Industrial Engineering / Production
- Preferred certifications in Industrial Engineering or Lean Six Sigma
