Manager Global Reporting

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the Global Reporting in the CR&QHSE organization and its IT reporting systems.
• Analyse & deep dive performance reports & drive corrective actions for assigned units. Works with specific unit performance teams on developing the performance culture within the organization and automating the performance mgmt. process.
• Manages the global CR&QHSE business intelligence dashboards in SAP AC, Create Customized reports/dashboards for non-standard topics to meet specific requirements.
• End-to-end responsible for developing performance measurement frameworks – reporting, analysis, KPIs and definitions.

Profile and Qualifications:-

• University, Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably within Computer Science/Engineering, data management systems. Economics and Engineering certifications are preferred.
• Substantial (min 5 years) relevant work experience with global reporting and software management systems.
• Strong background on performance mgmt. in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Recognizes how metrics, scorecards and business measures can be applied to achieve continuous improvement and learning.
• Adept at managing queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• Improving reporting & controlling workflow.
• Experience in independently developing and driving large scale improvement programs on global scale.
• English (proficient), preferably local language.
