Manager - Finance (Projects)

Responsibilities:-

• Managing receivables of Project and timely Collection from customer (SPV) as per Contractual Terms.
• Managing timely RoW & statutory compliance payments of Projects.
• Controlling over release of Purchase and Work Orders, verifying the proposal and quotations.
• Adherence to payments and other contract terms, maintaining Bank Guarantees and Insurance Tracker.
• Maintaining Contract Wise Track Sheet of EPC Contractors, Control over executed and balance work as per contract.
• Interacting and working closely with Cross functions.
• Actively involved in month end closing, quarterly and year end closing & preparation of financial statements.
• Ensuring accounting & payments as per SOA, SOP and Policies of the organization.
• Works closely with Statutory & internal auditors, involved in clearance of Pre-Audit & Post Audit Reports,
• Placing internal controls over site & other payments.
• Ledger Scrutiny, Vendor, Employees and Debtors Ageing, Reconciliation with Debtors, Creditors and Inter Company etc.
