Manager – Customer Support (PPC, Warehouse, Shipping & Stores)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To co-ordinate with customers (Major OEM’s) for meeting their production requirement, order management, scheduling and forecasting of customer demand.
• Production planning and control as per customer demand.
• Monitoring customer coverage on day to day basis
• Monitoring of stock levels of dunnages on regular basis
• Monitoring customer hourly production & planning shipments to meet requirements
• Handling & leading customer support team and shipping team.
• To track transport requirements of outbound trucks and ensure optimal usage.
• Monitoring of tracking of shipments receipt at customer end and obtain acknowledgement on time.
• Should be responsible to lead store, preservation & packaging
• Responsible for FIFO, Shelf item storage, retrieval, issue experience.
• Responsible for critical approval of all packing intent for suppliers part packaging. (Customer end item packaging)
• Consolidate & track India Level MP & L metrics such as inventory, Freight, Packaging, supply chain cost savings & plant measurable
• Responsible to manage Supply chain operational improvements such as returnable packaging, local milk run systems etc
• Manage specific functional projects as defined by India MP& L director

Required Competencies:-

• Bachelor of Engineering in Any Specialization with 10 to 15 years of experience
• Experience in Tier 1 automotive industry with strong experience in PPC
