Manager - Corporate Taxation

• Responsible to ensure direct tax compliances including transfer pricing for one or more of Schneider India legal entity(ies).
• Responsible for IT computation, filing of IT returns and filing of TP certificates.
• Support in managing Tax assessments/ audits/ litigations, drafting replies/ appeals, dealing with consultants/ advocates.
• Interface with the Auditors and support the finance team in finalization of statutory accounts, tax audit, etc.
• Provide strong support to Supervisor in the area of business planning & strategizing.
• Periodic tax accounting reconciliations and MIS reporting.
• Develop sound understanding of business and accounting systems

Qualifications And Experiences:-

• The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of direct tax laws of India having at-least 5 years of post-qualification relevant tax experience preferably at a multinational manufacturing organization operating in India. Working knowledge of India transfer pricing regulations would be an advantage.
• Individual must be a team player, person of integrity who subscribes to high business ethical standards.  Position requires interpersonal, communications and analytical skills.
