- Timely MIS Reporting along with identification of risks and mitigation actions
Responsibilities:-
- The person is nominated In-charge of SRIPL for the Project site and made accountable for completion of the Projects within budgeted cost & time.
- He is also responsible for all the stakeholder’s management, be it internal or external like EPC agencies, Government Statutory bodies, other TSPs (in case of bay extension), etc.
- He is accountable for regular monitoring of site execution and maintaining quality & safety requirements at site as per set QHSE standard.
- He is responsible for the analysis of Risks & Opportunities and implementation of the action plan (mitigation / exploitation) with appropriate approval.
- He is accountable for any deviations / changes taken by contracting agencies and ensure implementation of proper change control process for the same.
- He is accountable for timely MIS reporting related to Project execution activities.
- He is accountable for all the commissioning activities, coordination with EPC partner and OEMs.
