Job Description

  • Work in the Business Finance Team on driving various Finance & Digitalisation initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Drive and Program manage Digitalisation & Finance transformation initiatives along with process / policy changes
  • Work on various finance related process improvement initiatives (Improved Reporting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis etc.)
  • Work on need based financial and operating performance analysis for various business units
  • Work with Business Finance Controllers on:
    1. Enhancing / improving the monthly reviews
    2. Driving efficiency improvement / cost optimisation opportunities across business units (i.e., Solar, Wind, Asset Management etc.)
Profile & Eligible Criteria:-
  • Finance professional – MBA / CA with 5-8 years of strong experience in Finance / Financial Analysis / Management Reporting / MIS etc. MBA Candidates with Consulting experience preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of MS-PowerPoint and Excel
  • Working knowledge of SAP. Exposure of emerging Digital technologies like Powerbi, Azure etc. will be an added advantage
  • Good Communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and senior leaders

  • Business Heads / Functional Heads
  • BU Finance Controllers
  • Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT Teams

Reporting Authority:-

  • Reporting to VP & Head – Business Finance
