Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:-

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for solar projects, outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams involved in various project phases.

Scheduling and Resource Management:-

• Create and manage detailed project schedules, considering design, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project milestones.

Risk Management:-

• Conduct thorough risk assessments for solar projects, identifying potential challenges, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication:-

• Foster open communication and collaboration among project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges.

Continuous Improvement:-

• Evaluate and enhance planning processes, incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
• Implement tools and methodologies to improve overall planning efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in project planning and coordination within the solar energy industry, preferably with an IPP.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to project management.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
