Job Description

  • Responsible for developing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and hand over an “as built” system to Operations for Greenfield and Brownfield projects, in line with best practice and in accordance to SBM management system and company and contractual, requirements.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the SCE assurance tasks from the Operational Performance Standards into the CMMS.
  • Responsible for coordinating the “Risk Based” maintenance/spares studies and processes and their correct implementation into the CMMS, based on and in line with the corporate maintenance and equipment strategies.
  • Responsible for effective supervision, coordination and quality performance of subcontractor(s) involved in his/her project.
  • Prepare CMMS development plan, clarifications/qualifications and budget for Proposal during the WIN phase
  • Continuously improve the CMMS Development work procedures and develop specific documents in the EDMS for each project.
  • Prepare and manage CMMS development plan and budget and provide regular updates.
  • (Planning, MoM, progress report, etc .. ).
  • Review of Vendor and Engineering documentation.
  • Verify and approve before implementation into the CMMS all deliverables related to the Tag Register, Location and Functional Hierarchy and results of the Functional Criticality Assessment (FCA).
  • Verify correct and in-time implementation into the CMMS of the equipment, spares, consumables and procuremeQ!, data. (Comp Types, Stock Types, BOMs, POs).
  • Verify and approve before implementation into the CMMS the maintenance and preservation plans per equipment type, based on corporate strategies and relevant recommendations.
  • Review and liaise with Operability and Spare Parts engineer on maintenance and capital sparing requirements for systems/equipment to maximise safety, efficiency and uptime.
  • Liaise with MSup and Maintenance Coordinator to ensure that preservation, maintenance and inspection work orders are scheduled in time and are in line with project handover of equipment and systems.
  • Ensure that the maintenance execution is in compliance with the SBM management system from the moment that the first work orders are activated in the CMMS up to complete hand over to the Asset Integrity Maintenance Department Apply the PMCR process, develop backlog KPI reports and record all actions in a punch list which will be kept up to date and used to manage the hand over to Operations.
  • Liaise with doc control with respect to correct implementation of the links to Documents for Operation into the CMMS.
  • Follow up on RAM, Hazop and Design review actions that require mitigation through spares, inspection and/or maintenance.
  • Align CMMS with other Asset integrity and regulatory tools (HIMP, CBMNET, NR13, ANP, ACET, EX, CLASS … ) as per approved procedures.
  • Organise and when required provide CMMS training for crew and shore base personnel
  • Act as SBM Operations focal point towards Project and Client for Maintenance Management development issues.
  • Provide technical, operational and commercial lessons learnt from maintenance management development to ensure incorporation in GMS and future projects.
