Machine Monitoring Expert (Industrial Steam Turbines)

• As Machine Monitoring engineer, you should be able to collect, monitor and perform basic analysis of data of turbo machinery (Steam Turbine)
• You should be able to monitor data on daily basis for connected assets through remote diagnostics system (RDS)
• You should analyze and suggest preliminary recommendations to client
• Preparing reports and notifications to be shared with the customer in accordance with design parameters
• Offering Remote Trouble Shooting Support (mostly governing system related) to customer
• Work closely with the Engineering and Sales Team
• Regular updates to the relevant internal stakeholders

Qualification And Experience:-

• Experience of 8 – 10 years in Large/Medium size Power Plant
• Sound knowledge on Power Plant Operation and its process, analysis and troubleshooting operation related problems
• Sound knowledge on Vibration Monitoring system, Turbine Governing system, Protection and Safety Systems
• Hands -on experience on DCS and SCADA systems of various OEMs like Siemens, ABB, Emerson, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley
