Job Description

As Order Management Specialist, you will ensure order entry quality and recognition integrity. In this role you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • Establish and maintain communication with the appropriate stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Ensure order entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed.
  • Ensure orders validation, compliance, approvals before order entry and Government and non-standard PO execution.
  • Ensure workload allocation, address issues from cross functional team and resolve the same.
  • Train and correction for team for the multiple tasks performed.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on work done by team along with daily morning dashboard on the workload.
  • Work with OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence) team and execution team for faster closure of order.
  • Communicate with Field and relevant Stakeholders on pendency and closure of docs.
  • Work as a backup in case of extra load or absenteeism and ensure each task is performed as per TAT.
  • Face internal and external audit.
  • Ensure Orders with buyback are executed with correct docs and initiate pull back Process.
  • Monitor dealer S&S KYC process and ensure customer codes created/modified on time.
  • Share proforma invoice to the Field team as per the PO documents.
  • Follow up with sales and stakeholders for faster recognition of orders.
  • Identify and highlight process improvements. Document SOP’s and ensure compliance.

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • 6+ Years industry experience in Sales Ops.
