Lead – Proposal Engineer

Job responsibilities:-

•  Able to read and comprehend customer inquiry & drawings.
•  Efficient way of doing Costing, Preparation of Techno Commercial proposal, Order release.
• Ensuring quality & timeliness of proposal/Order deliverables.
• Co-ordination with Engineering for product validation
• Co-ordination with Purchase for vendor offers.
• Supporting CSR Managers & DSM Managers to meet the targets.
• Ensure proper documentation
• Should be willing to work in shift (11.30pm to 9.00pm)

Qualification And Experience:-

• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management in order to deliver on client’s expectations.
• Knowledge of Sales practices and procedures.
• Good Oral & Written communication skills.
• Candidate with Material handling experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of cement & Mining plant Equipment’s & Parts
• Should be proactive, dynamic and determined.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Should be good team player.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Conceptual thinking and problem solving
• Knowledge in Oracle 12 ERP system will be an added advantage, or any ERP knowledge is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Competency with Microsoft office suiters
• Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Possibility to assist outside normal office hours.
