Job Description

Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance

Role and Responsibilities:-

  • Excellent understanding of Inventory management & Warehouse Processes.
  • Good understanding of all the below:
  • ERP systems, like Races, PR PO IR ISO processes etc.
  • Local & international logistics & customs processes
  • Invoice Processing and Payment
  • Buyer role & Material Sourcing
  • Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at conclusions.

Required Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering having 9-10 years of strong relevant experience in inventory management and warehouse logistics

  • Must possess leadership qualities – Excellent people leader, smart decision maker & having strong oral & written communication skills with internal as well local & global cross functional teams – Engineering, finance, global Inv teams, suppliers; Strong inter- personal communication skills and ability to leverage team judgments; Strategic thinking.
  • Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities; Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Passion, dedication to learn, serve & grow in this position.
