Lead Mechanical Engineer (Static)

• Responsible for developing technical requirements, specification and services relating to mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, spheres, boilers and static packaged units;
• Duties include preparation of datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bid, Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline;
• Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers;
• Perform Man-hour estimate, Develop MPP, Progress reporting, Implement catchup plan, Represent advocate and negotiate for Company with clients and contractors.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years of experience (Shall work as a lead or area lead), specifically in Static and Fired equipment division;
• Shall have Working knowledge of current ASME, TEMA, API, EN standards for static equipment;
• Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes. Basic understanding of PFDs & PIDs is a must;
• FPSO, Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a must. Shall have working knowledge of IBR and NACE;
• Exposure to FEA, NDE, Testing, Welding, heat treatment, Painting Insulation requirements are essential;
