Lead Engineer - Program Management

As a Lead Engineer  - Program Management, you will be responsible for:-

• Management of development projects as counterpart of a Technical Project Lead and Product Manager
• Manage projects from inception till completion (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing)Strategic- & Operational project planning.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, including costs and resourcesRisk identification and risk management (initiate countermeasures and decisions)
• Drive Stakeholder communication and alignment
• Management and Monitoring of external work packages (e.g. assign and coordinate task package
• Facilitate, convene and preside project meetings/communications involving internal and/or external project stakeholders
• Collaboration for improving processes of the Project Management Office
• Cost planning & controls of project financials
• Build and maintain forecast

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Program Management
• Good leadership and communication skills without disciplinary power
• Good written and verbal English skills and strong interest in working with other cultures
• Have experience in Clarity / Innovation Machine
• Good financial and commercial knowledge
• Practical experience with MS Project
• In depth experience with Excel, Power Query and BI Tools
• Disciplined, accurate, can-do mentality
• Must be PMP certified
• Must have experience in Hardware /Firmware Projects
