Lead Engineer AFT

Responsibilities:-

• In-depth knowledge on the filter bags manufacturing.
• Implement safety protocols in the filter bag manufacturing.
• Plan to meet DIFOT and SIFOT targets.
• Provide manufacturing instructions to the workforce for the orders to ensure the product is manufactured as per the requirement.
• Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and while following quality guidelines.
• Ensure integrity and quality of product in accordance with quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with ISO & OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification And Experience:-

• A minimum Bachelors degree
• At least 2 years of experience in filter bags and cage manufacturing
• Operational and hands-on, with a willingness to share your experience and knowledge with your colleagues on filter bags and cages
• Experience on ERP systems
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
