Lead Automation Tester

• Lead or contribute to automated test strategies and guide decisions to successful implementation and completion.
• Drive automation framework discussions with stakeholders.
• Design & develop API & GUI automation framework.
• Design and develop automation scripts for the identified functional workflows.
• Maintain automation code & versioning.
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Train & guide functional testers on the developed framework & day-to-day automation tasks.
• Collect metrics to measure test progress and quality outcomes.
• Analyse users stories, use cases, requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
• Document & execute all levels of test cases (User story specific, System, Integration, and Regression etc.)
• Estimate testing tasks.
• Provide status report as per the defined frequency.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any technical related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent knowledge & hands on experience with SELENIUM web driver or other GUI automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of API testing & automation.
• Knowledge of Cloud development environment.
• Knowledge of mobile app automation (Advantageous)

Experience:-

• Minimum experience of 10 years as a Automation Tester or similar role.
• Proven experience of framework development.
• Minimum experience of 6 or more years in programming using C#, Java, Python or equivalent.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools.
• Experience with SQL querying.

• Pune, Maharashtra.
