Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct Life data analysis of products and report out important life characteristics
  • Develop reliability prediction models
  • Identify the critical spare parts, setup dashboard to monitor the failure trend and stock
  • Support in maintaining the past failure database
  • Review the learning from the past failure with design team for the appropriate actions
  • Support in statistical analysis in problem solving projects

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Bachelors / Masters in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic/ Similar specialization
  • Minimum 4+yrs industry experience with 2+ year of experience in Design quality / FMEA & FMECA/ etc
  • Certification in Reliability engineering (CRE or equivalent)
  • Certification in Six Sigma is good to have

Competencies:-

  • Life data analysis, warranty analysis etc
  • Reliability modeling and prediction
  • Coding skills in general purpose languages like SQL, R, Python etc
  • Expertise in FMEA and FMECA
  • Experience in Power BI (added advantage)
