Junior Manager- Site Incharge GMR Group Goa, India Job Posted : Jun 26th, 2025 Job Description Asset management (1 Solar plants) – Overall responsible for all O&M related activities at GMR Solar Energy Pvt Ltd 5 MW at Goa & ensure efficient running of Solar plants & maintain Plant availability of >99% on annual basis. Billing & Receivables – responsible for submission of Monthly Billing to customer of 5 MW Solar plant and follow-ups for payments. Stakeholder management – responsible for managing all Internal & External stakeholders related to above mentioned asset. To ensure all spare, tools & tackles availability at site. Coordination with OEM’s and annual rate contract for services. Interaction with all stakeholders (Client, O&M contractor) in matters related to power sale and performance of the plant. Tech Electrical RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:- +5 years of O&M experience in Solar plant with min. capacity of 5 MW.
