Jr. Engineer - Heat Treatment

• As a team will discuss the problems and arrive the root cause by using problem solving tools (8D,A3, Why why analysis)
• Adherence to Quality Management System, Work Instruction and Business Process Mapping etc.
• Responsible for attending the breakdowns and carryout preventive maintenance and condition monitoring of the machines
• Responsible to identify, close the preventive maintenance abnormalities and CBM abnormalities
• Responsible to Close the DAMS abnormalities
• Support for installation of new furnace and HT related equipment
• Support for gas leakage arresting and Problem analysis
• SAP notification convert into order and resolving the issue and update the records.
• Support to complete and maintain Document for SAT Test.
• Improve the machine availability in terms of continuous improvement (KAIZEN)
• Support for preparation of drawings for parts localization
• Working with 3 shifts & holiday working patterns.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering (Full time) with 1- 3 years of relevant Heat treatment furnace experience
• Knowledge on Furnaces (Carburizing & Nitriding) and heat treatment supporting equipment trouble shooting on mechanical & electrical.
• Experience of working in PLC, Scada systems
• Study and diagnosis of Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic system & its drawings
• Furnace (Carburizing, Nitriding, quenching tank, Tempering) repairing and correction work
• Gas plant (Endo, Propane, Ammonia, Nitrogen) repairing and maintain as per defined quality & Safety parameters
• Bearing, fittings, chains, general spares and Pump and motors repairing knowledge
• Knowledge on SAT test (System Accuracy Test) for CQI standards
• Pneumatic & hydraulic system knowledge and troubleshooting, Servicing
• knowledge in Furnace operation sequence.
• Knowledge on controller & drives configuration
