IOT Technical Lead - Edge

Responsibilities:-

• You will be responsible for the development of all components on the Edge side.
• You will be responsible for architecting and designing the Edge components and work with the development team on the development, including reviewing the code and designing reusable components.
• You will be working with our global colleagues spread across Europe & US.

Qualification And Experience:-

• 8+ years of software design, development with 4+ years implementing Edge solutions in an industrial IoT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or any technology-related domain.
• Experienced IoT Edge Lead with a proven track record of developing Edge solutions.
• You will have the ability and experience to innovate and learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
• You have proven experience in developing solutions on the Edge Side – Extracting data from various Sensors/ Devices, Edge Processing and sending the data to a Cloud repository.
• Should have knowledge of different IIOT protocols like MQTT, MODBUS, OPC UA.
• You must have knowledge of Python programming languages.
• Knowledge in advanced digital and analytic technology in OT environments - manufacturing operations, process and control systems, SCADA, MES, etc. - will be a strong positive.
• It is crucial that you have a solid knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
