Instrumentation and Control -Inside sales engineer

• Responsible for document mark up for as built document preparation after inspection and Instrument installation activity.
• Responsible for instrument and control panel inspection activity at vendor place.
• Must be effective in coordinating with each function.
• Support Packing & Shipping documents preparation.
•  Must be instrumental in designing and developing tools / tackles / jigs / fixtures etc. to enhance production and C&I.
• Daily work improvement according to a lesson learned & TCM.
• To be conversant and work in conjunction with all ISO Standards and Atlas Copco SHE guidelines.
• Preparing re-work list for “AS BUILT” correctness and completeness coordinating with Projects.
• To work and aim First time right and on time material – methodology and records to achieve Penalty free projects and on time In Full.

Qualification And Experience:-

• Experience of 7-10 years in the areas of in Electrical motor, Control panel, hand on experience FAT/SAT, instruments calibration, loop testing, panel power on and program loading etc
• Domain knowledge on various instruments- pressure, temp, level, flow, Vibration, measuring Instrument etc.
• Understanding of various quality improvement tools & techniques: SPC, Kaizen, 5S, TPM etc
• Exposure to various manufacturing process like cabling, tubing, assembly, testing, quality monitoring of electrical/control and instrumentation equipment
• Good technical understanding of Rotating equipment like Compressor, Expander and steam turbines products will be advantage.
• Experience in handling Rockwell/SIEMENS PLC Panels & programming will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge / handling of testing instruments & calibration procedures.
