This is an HUB Manufacturing Operations Management Technical Sales Lead role at reporting to Hub Division Digital Manager in Process Automation Business Area, based out of Peenya, Bangalore; India. You will be primarily responsible for outstanding capabilities at building regional sales teams and managing those teams to sales objective achievement. Leadership underpinned by a robust and disciplined approach to selling will be critical as we look to move ABB up the ranks of industry-leading enterprise and advanced analytics software companies.
Responsibilities:-
- Design and drive execution of regional MOM sales strategy for the regional local business units in consultation with the Global Product Groups(GPG) and engaging all the local division digital leaders.
- Deliver ABB PAEN MOM sales results regionally.
- Forecasting business and set sales targets for local business regions and sales team.
- Working to develop ABB sales team’s ability to execute MOM sales and projects regionally.
- Developing implementing review sales, and operations processes and tools and instill a disciplined approach to selling and execution methodology for the regional team and business.
- Building and maintaining key customer and account relationship and lead strategic business development initiatives.
- Remove barriers to execution and winning.
- Building and implementing recovery plans when the forecast is not lining up with targets.
- Working with ABB teams to make sure we are making the right investment in resources and R&D.
Qualifications And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Systems or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of MOM enterprise solution selling or execution experience with a strong understanding of operations technologies software.
- Proven track record of leading large team to deliver results.
- Knowledgeable in the digital OT, ET, and IT ecosystem.
- Proven track record of collaborating with Sales Account Managers,Technical Account Managers, and Client Managers and coaching them on how to win.
- Passionate about IIOT digital software sales.
- Strong ability to influence business units, teams, and resources that you do not own.
- Know how to successfully navigate complex organizations, give executive presentations, and build executive relationships.
- Executive presentation skills with proven experience calling on CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, and COOs.
