Job Description

This role provides the HR partnership for Business across Power cable business including Factory, Sales & Projects, provide support & leadership to drive the HR strategy.

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • Min 2 yrs. Specialised degree in HRD from a recognised institutions.
  • In depth subject matter know how in the field of HR or IR.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles for a min of 5 years.

Responsibilities:-

  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated Headcount, which includes all categories – Staff, contract manpower for factory as well as project sites, off role employees for projects, apprentices & trainees etc.
  • Partner with leadership across all levels to provide operational support, support in optimizing operational cost through various initiatives at factory level related to employee cost, contract manpower optimization and admin cost.
  • Engage with leadership for finalizing Annual plan, yearly objectives & forecasting for Business.
  • Build in strong succession planning through Talent Review with all key stakeholders.
  • Develop Sill Matrix Framework for contract manpower for factory, for creating future ready workforce.
  • Building organization capability by driving various training programs across all levels.
  • Partner with stakeholders to work towards creating Best Place to Work.
  • Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives & develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace.
  • Monitor employee pulse through various surveys, regular action planning, & employee engagement for the diverse workforce in factory, sales team, and project sites.
  • Ensuring effective deployment of end-to-end HR processes including Performance Management, rewards, engagement, Org development.
  • Ensuring manpower management and timely resource allocation for all project sites as per available budget.
  • 100% compliances towards all applicable laws for factory, project sites, & contractors. Single point of contact for all Audits statutory, legal & ISO.
  • Supporting Admin & Security functions in their day-to-day reporting.
  • Proactively solving day to day labour issues for employee relations.
  • Interacting & liaising with local pradhans, leaders, & govt officials.
